Villa Juana or Jeanne-Ville as it was originally known back in the year 1900. This mansion is one of the few building characteristic of Mar del Plata that has kept the original image. It was declared historic patrimony of the city of Mar del Plata, and in the year 2000, it was completely reconstructed, leaving the original fachade in order to preserve the patrimony of Mar del Plata in “ La Belle Epoque”

Now the new Apart La Cúpula is in use. A different place, close to everything. The privacy of a private apartment with the characteristicsa and comfort of an Apart.

In Apart La Cúpula we can enjoy three warm apartments of great category for the first time. They have external rooms, exclusive views of the Central casino, the Colon Park, the Milenium Park as well as the an unforgettable view of the sea.
